With an estimated 800 million camera phones on the market in 2008, odds are that the next Zapruder film or Rodney King video will taken from a mobile phone. Given the increase of camera phones on the market, individuals will have greater access to camera and video capabilities. News Stations are beginning to encourage viewers to submit their mobile phone pictures and videos of weather, news, etc. Homeowners associations are beginning to shame dog owners that don¡¦t pick up after their dogs by posting cell phone pictures of the guilty parties in action in the community newsletters. Also, with the rise of television shows such as MTV\'s Scarred, and Maximum Exposure, as well as video hosting capabilities through YouTube and social networking websites such as Myspace and Facebook, individuals will quickly start to reach for their cell phone cameras with hopes of receiving their 15 minutes of fame.
